7th & 8th December 2009	Meeting of the Association’s Officers with key officers of all member sports.
23rd January 2010 (36 weeks ahead of 2010 Games)	Affiliated bodies may submit CVs of competitors for the Delhi Games that have met the standards for consideration by the Validation Group.	Start time
31st January 2010	Validation Group to have completed the confirmation of all qualifying standards for IOM 2011 Youth Games	Deadline
23rd February 2010	Final selection of team managers for the 2010 Games	Deadline
1st March 2010	Meeting No.1 of Sports Team Managers

8th to 12th March 2010	Visit of Chef De Missions and GTMs to Delhi

23th to 25th April 2010	European CGA’s Meeting in Guernsey
26th April 2010	Meeting No.2 Sports Team Managers
24th May 2010	Meeting No.3 Sports Team Managers
29th May 2010 (18 weeks before the start of the Games)	Latest date for submission of potential competitors, coaches and managers together with CVs for the Delhi Games. This deadline date to be reviewed.	Deadline line date to be revisited after discussion with member sports.
